Grusha Khurana Label specialises in luxury Pakistani and Indian designer wear.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your monitor or mobile device.
  • Due to photography and lighting, slight colour differences may occur.
  • As many garments are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery placement, stitching, embellishments or fabric texture are natural and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order
  • Refuse any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Correct pricing or listing errors

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or local government charges applicable outside Australia.

5. Payment

We accept secure payments through Shopify's supported payment gateways.

Orders are processed only after successful payment.

6. Shipping

We currently ship throughout Australia and internationally.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Grusha Khurana Label is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Key points include:

  • Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for every exchange request.
  • Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Colour preference
    • Personal dislike
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect washing
  • Bleaching
  • Machine drying
  • Improper ironing
  • Improper storage

Dry cleaning is recommended for most embroidered garments.
